The Gentry

30ml Auld Usquebaugh
30ml Applejack
10ml Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Build over ice in a mixing glass, stir well and strain into a coupette or martini glass.
Garnish with a cherry and orange zest.

Sideroad

30ml Auld Usquebaugh
15ml American Vermouth
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Aquafaba or
20ml Egg White
Dash of orange bitters

Mix spirits in a shaker, and hard dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and wet shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish foam with crumbled freeze dried beetroot and a sprinkle of turmeric.

Whisky Old Fashioned

60ml Divergence Virgin French Oak Whisky
15ml Chamomile Syrup
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange Twist

Place all ingredients in a glass with a very large ice block or ice to taste. Stir gently for 30 seconds. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy!

Strawberry Caiprioska

60ml The Reid Single Malt Vodka
Fresh Lime Slices
Dash of Sugar
Fresh Strawberries (Muddled)

Muddle fruits with sugar in a shaking tin, add The Reid and shake with ice. Pour into a large glass over cubed ice. Garnish with fresh strawberries and lime.

60ml The Reid Single Malt Vodka
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

The Dark Forest

30ml Vesta Coffee Vodka
20ml Dark Raspberry Liqueur
Soda Water
Berries for garnish (we love to use boysenberries)

Fill a short glass with ice. Add Vesta Coffee Liqueur and Dark Raspberry Liqueur. Top with soda water, stir and garnish with berries. You can choose to serve with either soda water or on the rocks.
